Our psychotherapy practice embodies the principles of positive psychology. We integrate short term, solution focused therapy with relationship approaches. We work with adults, teenagers, children, and families.
Our offices are located in an historic house in downtown Ann Arbor at 623 W. Huron St., just three blocks west of Main St. There is free parking behind our building.
We participate in Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Cofinity, Magellan, & Tricare insurance plans. We also provide reduced fee services for those who are not covered by these plans.
Periodically we host workshops on mindfulness meditation, art and drama therapy, and other adjuncts to traditional therapy.
Dr. Perlman is available for clinical supervision of qualified psychotherapists.
