Mindfulness Meditation

A Six-Week Class

Balancing Mindfulness, Acceptance, and Change

Tuesdays, 6-7:30 PM

Do you find yourself getting “stuck” in your head or “caught up” in your thoughts?

Are you spending too much time and energy struggling with how you feel?

Do you worry too much about the future? Is it hard to let go of the past?

Do you want to learn how to spend less time focused on your problems and more time on living?

The class is designed to:
·      Help you to identify thoughts, feelings, and problems that are keeping you from living as fully as you would like.

·      Practice techniques such as mindfulness and emotional acceptance that help you to let go of those struggles.

·      Introduce ways to identify and focus on what is really important and meaningful in your life.

Classes are conducted by Eric Miller, M.S., who has 15 years of experience practicing and teaching mindfulness meditation, and are held in the offices of Lawrence Perlman, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist.

The Next Six-Week Class Begins
